Well after a long wait, the saga has finally came to an end.

WHAT A MOVIE!

To be honest – i was not looking forward to the movie/s for the Deathly Hallows (DH). There were a lot of rubbish rumors floating about before they had even begun. Plus, it was always going to be hard to follow Half Blood Prince with two movies, but they had got it competely right.

The first thing i need to say about the film is the pace of the action. You have a brief moment at the beginning, then the story just continues to hit you with key moments for the next two hours.

I was a bit disappointed in the special effects with regards to the Resurrection Stone and the ‘ghosts’ – though that was so small a point it really cannot deter from the movie’s greatness.

I loved the ending of the film and the acting from the entire cast was spot on. Special call out to Alan Rickman, the ‘unfortunate incident’ was my favourite scene.

10/10

Now as a side note…the trailer for The Dark Knight Rises. I had already cheated and look at spoiler notices of the content of the trailer, but it’s still good seeing it for real in the cinema. There was very little actual footage from the film, which I love. I really do hate it when some the best scenes from movies are included in the trailers. I can’t wait for the movie, Nolan can do no wrong in my eyes. But he has a lot to live up to after TDK.
